Their contributions aren’t just moments in history—they’re milestones that are shaping movements for labour equity and workplace inclusion.

At CapU, we are committed to fostering spaces where learning, dialogue and action intersect. As a University community, we have a responsibility to learn from the past and listen to the stories of Black labour leaders and workers who have challenged systemic barriers and fostered change.
